  • CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT: He is in charge of building your home throughout the entire construction. You will have access to him by phone or by appointment for an on-site meeting.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING: A meeting with your construction superintendent to go over the details your home before we begin.

  • 2-10 YEAR WARRANTY: We purchase this additional warranty above and beyond the standard builder’s warranty to cover latent defects through the 10th year of your home.
